Welcome to the motivational workshop organized by Komal Narang. By registering for this workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration.

This information is collected solely for the purposes of processing your registration and payment for the workshop. Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

Payment Terms

• All payments for the workshop must be made in full at the time of registration.
• Available Payment methods are based on Razorpay Payment Gateway like , e.g., credit/debit cards, online banking, etc.
• Registration is confirmed only upon successful transaction of the payment.
• One Registration is allowed per person only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be provided if user cancel his booking of the workshop.
• If workshop is cancelled by the system, The refund will be credited within 7 days to the original source.

Recording Policy

• Recording is prohibited during the workshop.

Workshop Participation

• Participants are expected to arrive on time for the workshop and adhere to the schedule provided.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

The organizer will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the workshop. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Changes to Terms

The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi and India.
